    Eligibility for Return:

    • Personalized or custom-made items (such as custom pet collars or engraved tags) are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns, unless defective.

    How to Return an Item:

    2. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label.
    3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.

    Refund Eligibility:

    • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
    • Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    Processing Time:
